Bio
I was born and raised in California. From early childhood I developed a keen interest in photography, art and science. After completing my degree in Motion Picture Production and Still Photography from Brooks Institute of Photography in 1972, I pursued a career in technology creating photographic processes for the semiconductor industry. During my scientific career I began to create images art that challenged viewer interpretation of photography.
My full-time attention to fine arts photography during the last 10 years has produced three distinctive bodies-of-work; Liquid Flowers Series 2001 - 2007, Photographic Impressionism - The Unaltered State of Reality 2008 - 2011, and the Photo Anagram Image Series 2008 - 2011, all long-term studies of the subject.
Further, in March 2011 I released BeMUZE an iPhone / iPad application that automates the Photo Anagram Image process for users to make their own image patterns from mobile devices. The application is available through Apple's iTunes App store.
