Ken Holden, a fine arts photographer, graduated from the Brooks Institute of Photography located in Santa Barbara, California. Ken has focused and developed his career on the science of integrated circuit imaging, a process called photolithography, within the semiconductor industry where his last position was Chief Operating Officer for an international corporation. In 2001, however, Ken returned to his fine arts roots and has developed two extensive bodies-of-work; Liquid Flowers Series (2001 – 2007) and the current de Young Museum Project (30 consecutive months, > 128 visits, > 62,000 photographs beginning January 2008 continuing through 2010), both long-term photographic studies of the subject inspired by French Impressionistic painting. |
